We’ve built a life where almost everything is easier and yet, we’re more stressed, overwhelmed, and disconnected than ever.

In this episode, I’m breaking down what actually happened. It’s not that stress disappeared. It changed.

We traded short-term, physical stress, the kind that builds strength, for constant mental and emotional stress that never fully resolves. And at the same time, we removed the everyday challenges that build resilience, awareness, and real-life capacity.

But this isn’t just about your health. This is about how you show up in your life. From autopilot decisions to surface-level relationships, convenience is quietly lowering your ability to engage, connect, and handle what life throws at you.
