How long could you go without leaving your house?

In this episode, we’re digging into what modern life has quietly removed from our daily experience. Not just movement, but connection, presence and the need to physically engage with the world around us.
This is a conversation about how a life built around convenience, screens and efficiency is reshaping how we feel, how we live and how the next generation is developing.
We’ll look at what current research is showing about sedentary living and screen time. Not just in adults who feel stiff, tired, and disconnected…but in children who are growing up in an environment where screens replace interaction and presence is optional.
It’s about the fact that we’ve built a life that no longer requires us to use our bodies or to fully participate in our own lives.
